MI’s&nbsp;Women MAKE Awards&nbsp;annually recognize 130 women in the manufacturing industry who exemplify leadership within their companies and communities. Rubino is among 30 honored as an emerging leader, defined as someone under the age of 30 who has demonstrated leadership early in her career.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">“Marissa represents the next generation of world-class manufacturing leaders and problem solvers at Timken, and we congratulate her on this achievement,” said Natasha Pollock, Timken chief human resources officer. “She elevates our organizational and talent capabilities by leading and mentoring teams and inspiring us with her volunteer work and community engagement. In her current role, she is responsible for all manufacturing departments and leads a team of four supervisors and nearly 90 employees across three shifts. Rubino plays an active role in recruiting efforts and her volunteer work with Keene’s Community Kitchen and Timken’s United Way campaign, helping shape the future of the company and the community where she lives and works.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">MI formally recognized Rubino along with other honorees at the 2025 Women MAKE Awards gala on April 24 in Washington, D.C.</span></p><p><br/></p>
